XGL provides strategy, systems, research, implementation, and advisory work. We do not guarantee revenue, sales volume, profitability, event results, lead volume, or other specific business outcomes.

Third-party services

XGL may use or recommend third-party software, hosting, automation, CRM, communications, payment, AI, and related platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, security, and performance remain outside XGL’s control.

Intellectual property

Expedition Growth Lab, XGL, Growth Terrain, Command Central, One Rising Sun, and related original frameworks, copy, designs, systems, and materials remain protected intellectual property except where a written agreement states otherwise.

Engagement terms

Project scope, payment, ownership, confidentiality, responsibilities, limitations, and termination terms should be defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, checkout terms, or signed agreement.
